How does the March 2010 opening affect my Membership expiration date and when will I receive my new Membership cards?

Purchased or renewed Membership July 1, 2007 - June 30, 2008 and did not receive full 12 months of membership due to Happy Hollow’s closure (Did not renew as Bridge Members) |
Purchased or renewed Membership July 1, 2008 – May 30, 2009. Bridge Membership valid for 2 years from date of purchase |

How will the delay in Happy Hollow’s opening affect my membership? |
Your unused months of membership will be re-activated when Happy Hollow opens in March 2010. You will not lose any months of membership due to the extended closure. |
A 6-month extension will be added to your current expiration date so that you will have the same amount of open park usage when Happy Hollow opens in March 2010. |

When will I receive my new Membership Cards? |
New cards covering your unused months of membership will be mailed in Spring 2010 in conjunction with the Grand Opening. The expiration date printed on your new cards will be your Final expiration date. |
New cards including the 6-month extension will be mailed before Happy Hollow opens. The expiration date printed on your new cards will be your Final expiration date. |

What if I want to visit a reciprocal facility while Happy Hollow is closed? |
You can use your existing membership card to visit reciprocal facilities until the expiration date that is printed on your membership card. If your membership card has expired, you will not be able to use the reciprocation benefit until you receive your new membership cards in March 2010. If you wish |
Please continue to use your existing Bridge membership cards to visit reciprocal facilities throughout our closure period. What If I forget to Bring my Membership Card?
Don't Leave Home Without It! Please remember to bring your Membership Card and photo ID when visiting Happy Hollow or any of the Zoos, Aquariums, and Science Centers that participate in the reciprocation program. A $5.00 look-up fee will be charged to Members who fail to bring their Membership Card when visiting Happy Hollow Park and Zoo.
Lost your Membership Card?
If you've lost your Membership Card, please contact the Membership Department prior to your visit to request a replacement set of Cards.
There is a $5.00 fee for replacement cards.
Please allow 2 weeks for processing.
Have You Moved?
Please contact the Membership Department to update your address so you won't miss our quarterly magazine, invitations to events, renewal notices, and other important mailings.
